A transaction coordinator’s job is to keep the process streamlined, organized and on-schedule to meet the close date. They help with the paperwork (both paper and electronic), coordination, phone calls, and other tedious tasks while the agent handles the face-to-face customer service part of the job with the sellers, buyers, and others.
Working with agents and creating a detailed list of responsibilities for which I am responsible for on any given transaction helps to ensure the real estate deal pushes through.
My services include: Helping generate and update property listings on multiple real estate websites, opening the escrow and title accounts, communicating updates to every party involved in the transaction, monitoring the contingency periods for contractual compliance, ensuring all documents are submitted in a timely manner, coordinating the closing process.
Let me help you lighten your load so you can spend more time with clients and focus on getting additional transactions under contract!
